Silver Rock Golf

At 7,553 yards in length, Silver Rock Golf is one of the longest courses on the PGA Tour, but with 6 tee boxes for golfers to choose from, low- and high-handicappers alike can make Silver Rock play as long or as short as their game demands. The City of La Quinta’s first municipal golf course at Silver Rock Resort offers 18-holes of golf in a spectacular setting at the base of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains.

In January 2008, the Arnold Palmer Classic Course at Silver Rock Golf Resort became one of the four host courses for one of the most popular and storied PGA events, The Bob Hope Classic. Arnold Palmer himself, a part-time La Quinta resident, has won the event 5 times with DJ Trahan winning it in 2008.

SILVER ROCK GOLF RESORT & HOTEL -

A luxurious boutique hotel will be located within the Arnold Palmer Classic Course, offering exceptional amenities and personalized service. The hotel will feature unique architecture, spa/fitness facilities, pools, restaurant and lounge, and conference space.

Also planned is a 4-star quality resort hotel, complete with a conference center, well-appointed spa/fitness facilities, fine dining, and sparkling pools.  Over 100 casitas units will be located on adjacent parcels - with stunning golf, lake, and mountain views. The resort will provide guests an exceptional Silver Rock experience.

In addition, a charming, vibrant retail village will feature unique shops and fine restaurants, and possible second-floor office and residential space. A 7,000-7,500 square foot "Black Box Theater" will also be part of the retail village, and will serve as a multi-purpose theater and conference facility.

Directions from Palm Springs Airport
From Palm Springs Airport, turn left on "El Cielo" and go south. Go left on E. Ramon Rd., and then merge onto the I-10 East. Take the Washington St. exit and turn right on to Washington. Turn left onto Ave. 52.
